By enrolling in any 10X Shape program, accessing our platform, or communicating with a 10X Shape wellness coach, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not enroll or access our services.

10X Shape provides wellness coaching and nutrition guidance services only. We are not a medical provider, dietitian, physiotherapist, or licensed healthcare service. Our coaches are certified wellness professionals — not doctors, nurses, or licensed medical practitioners.

All meal plans, movement protocols, supplementation guidance, and coaching communications are for informational and educational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease.

You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll. By enrolling, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Upon enrollment, you will be assigned a certified wellness coach who will deliver your program via WhatsApp and other agreed communication channels. Program delivery begins within 24–48 hours of confirmed enrollment and payment.

10X Shape reserves the right to reassign coaches, modify program content, and update delivery methods to improve quality of service. Material changes will be communicated in advance.

Individual results vary significantly based on personal factors including — but not limited to — consistency, starting health condition, diet adherence, exercise participation, sleep, stress levels, and metabolism. No specific result, weight loss outcome, or health improvement is guaranteed. Testimonials on this platform reflect individual experiences and are not representative of typical results.

All content including meal plans, workout programs, videos, guides, and coaching materials is the exclusive intellectual property of 10X Shape. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share any content without express written permission.

10X Shape, its founders, coaches, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in any program, including physical injury, illness, or financial loss. You participate voluntarily and accept full responsibility for your health and safety.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act 2000. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

Clients may discontinue participation in any 10X Shape program at any time by notifying their assigned coach or emailing hello@10xshape.com. Discontinuation does not entitle the client to any refund of amounts already paid. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

10X Shape operates as a centralised service platform. Wellness coaching services are delivered through certified independent practitioners engaged by the platform. Payment collection, service allocation, and practitioner remuneration are managed internally in accordance with applicable financial regulations and platform agreements governing service distribution between the platform and its practitioners. The coaching services agreement is between the client and their assigned independent Coach. 10X Shape acts as the platform and facilitator — providing the framework, tools, and payment infrastructure on behalf of Coaches. Platform fees are retained by 10X Shape; coaching remuneration is remitted to the respective Coach in accordance with applicable financial regulations and platform agreements.

Technology Platform Model & Payments: 10X Shape provides the technology infrastructure that connects clients with independent certified coaches. The platform facilitates enrollment, communication, and payment processing. It does not directly employ coaches or deliver coaching services itself.

Payments are collected and processed by our authorised payment partner, an RBI-licensed Payment Aggregator operating under Reserve Bank of India regulations. The platform’s payment architecture is structured to ensure that coaches, as independent service providers, receive their agreed service fees through regulated financial channels. Platform access and infrastructure fees are separate from coach service fees and are governed by the platform-coach agreement.

Each certified coach is responsible for their own tax compliance including GST registration and invoicing where applicable under Indian tax law. The platform does not collect, remit, or represent tax on behalf of coaches. Clients requiring a GST invoice must request this directly from their assigned coach.

In accordance with applicable consumer protection guidelines, clients may raise formal grievances by contacting our designated team at Pankaj at legal@10xshape.com. All grievances will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days of receipt.
