All sales are final. 10X Shape does not offer refunds under any circumstances once enrollment is confirmed and program delivery has commenced.

Platform Model — Important to Understand

10X Shape operates as a technology platform and infrastructure provider. Wellness coaching services are delivered by independent certified coaches who are responsible for service quality and delivery.

Payments are processed via Razorpay. Where Route payment disbursement is used, the coach receives their portion directly as an independent vendor. Platform infrastructure fees are non-refundable in all circumstances. Any service-level disputes are between the client and the coach.

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our personalized digital coaching services — where significant coach time, custom meal plans, personalized workout protocols, and program resources are allocated immediately upon enrollment — all payments are non-refundable.

Exception

The only exception to this No Refund Policy is if 10X Shape is demonstrably unable to deliver the agreed service due to circumstances entirely within our control (e.g., failure to assign a coach within 72 hours of enrollment). In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us at billing@10xshape.com is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate program termination and referral to our legal team.

Cancellation vs Refund

Cancellation (discontinuing the program) and refund (returning payment) are distinct actions. Clients may cancel participation at any time by notifying their coach. Cancellation does not trigger a refund. The No Refund Policy applies regardless of how early in the program the cancellation occurs, except in the single exception case described above.
