Health and wellness information you voluntarily share with your coach
Progress photos, measurements, and check-in data you submit
Payment information (processed securely via our authorised payment partner — we do not store card or banking details)
Communication records via WhatsApp and other channels
Device and usage data when you access our platform

2. How We Use Your Information

Deliver and personalize your wellness coaching program
Communicate with you regarding your progress and program updates
Process payments and issue receipts
Improve our services through anonymized, aggregated insights
Comply with legal obligations where required

3. Health Data

Sensitive: Health information you share with your coach is treated as strictly confidential. It is used only to personalize your program and is never shared with third parties, sold, or used for advertising purposes.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share limited data with trusted service providers (payment processors, communication platforms) strictly necessary to deliver our services, under contractual confidentiality obligations.

Your assigned coach: Your health data is shared with your assigned certified coach (independent contractor) for program delivery only.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed by our authorised payment partner. Coach disbursements use regulated financial channels per the platform-coach agreement.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required to deliver services. You may request deletion at any time: privacy@10xshape.com

Our platform may use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.

8. Regulatory Compliance

This Privacy Statement is issued in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India). Where services are accessed from other jurisdictions, applicable local data protection regulations are also observed.

Meta & WhatsApp Notice:

If you interact with 10X Shape through Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp, those interactions are also subject to Meta’s own privacy policies. Coaching communications via WhatsApp are end-to-end encrypted and not accessible by 10X Shape servers. This policy is additionally issued in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act).

Payment processing on this platform is facilitated through our authorised payment partner, a licensed Payment Aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. Card and banking data is processed and stored exclusively by our payment partner in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. 10X Shape does not store, process, or have access to payment instrument data.

9. Contact

Meta Platform & WhatsApp Notice:

If you interact with 10X Shape through Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) or WhatsApp, your interactions are also subject to Meta’s own privacy policies. We do not control data collected by Meta. Coaching communications conducted via WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp Business Terms. Message and call data within WhatsApp is end-to-end encrypted and not accessible by 10X Shape.
